How did you install it? From a repository with yum? From a downloaded RPM file? Built from source code? Or did you get the binaries from somewhere and just drop them on your system?

Yes, well it is a binary distribution and apparently not open source so there is no way to configure it. It will probably run in Fedora, but not RHEL 5 or derived Linux distributions such as CentOS. There's no way to know for sure, but I'm going to guess that they are violating the GPL on the Linux versions by not making the source code available, unless all open-source components are licensed LGPL, BSD, or some other license that doesn't require making source for the entire application available, just the parts of the open source code that they modified. For example, glibc is LGPL licensed.

Anyway, I think you are SOL in getting this application to run on RHEL 5.
