    broad com wireless card on OEL/RHL5

    Dear all

    I have installed Oracle Enterprise Linux 5 on my laptop Dell D-600. Broad com wireless card BCM-4306 802.11/b/g automatically installed at eth1. Hardware status is OK . But I unable to connect my wifi device.

    How are you assessing hardware status as ok?

    Go to the broadcom site and get the latest wifi driver. That should help. It did for me.
