Which Distribution should I use?
I am currently not using Linux, and have only used Ubuntu one time. In my class we are going to use Fedora, but as a home based experience, I am not sure on which to choose. Your input would be greatly appreciated.

You can check the link in my signature for lots of good information about getting started with Linux. You'll find a couple of quizzes there that should help you with picking a distribution or two to start off with. Otherwise, any of the top 10 or so distros listed at DistroWatch.com should be a good place to start.
Hope you'll have fun with it!

You have to decide yourself. Try LiveCDs of few distros and check which one you like the most.
If you are going to use Fedora in class then I would suggest you to install Fedora only. Anyways, check this poll and the link in my signature too.It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
