    Hi and Welcome !

RedHat 9 is an obsolete distro and its support for latest hardware is very poor. Is there any reason for installing such an old distro?

Regarding error, it looks like problem is in installation media only. Have you tested the same in other machine?
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

It could be because of unsupported Hardware only. If you want to install RedHat only then consider Fedora. It's RedHat based and free to use.
