Server Locks Up and shows looping errors - Redhat ES5.3 64-bit XEN Kernel

We are running Redhat Linux ES5.3 64-bit on Dell R710 Servers. The servers are locking up and spitting out a set of looping errors. I have attached some screen shots of the errors. After doing some research, I am thinking that we may need to upgrade the kernel. Currently we are running 2.6.18-128.el5xen. I've attached some screen shot of the error loop. Any help is appreciated.

I think you should make sure, you have a backup of all valueable data on that box.
    Like... now
Then look at the raidcontroller for the status of the raid(s)

Then there is this site as a starting point
Dell - Dell Linux - RAID & Storage

Also, Dell support can point you to a tool called diag32 (which I fail to find in a hurry now).
    Dell support will want you
    - to update bios/firmware etc
    - to run said diag32
before they will begin to debug with you or sent replacement (if there is need to)
