Luks passphrase

I just forgot the passphrase of my encrypted LVM which was my /home ,
how will I recover it . My system is RHEL5 Client .

I just dont forget actually , it doesnot recieve the passsword and asking again and again 3 times ..

Before asking for passphrase ,its giving an error as

starting disc encryption , command failed :

Error opening device ;no such file or directory ;
