    problem with live update

    Hi everyone,
    I have an acer aspire one and the live update option isnt working -it trys to tell me i m not connected to the internet - I am. so i opened a terminal as root, and asked it to yum install updates. it comes up with a lot of error performing checksum...
    I am quite a novice with linux and just starting to get my bearings with it - any help is greatly appreciated!

    the version is Linpus Linux Lite V1.0.11.e
    I am running fedora release 8

    I guess a good start is for you to post some of those error reports so that the gurus can see what's happening. Please also post the output of:
