Hi
i have two linux machines(machine1(rhel client) and machine2(rhel server))
i am able to login the machine2 from machine1
but i am unable to ping machine1 from machine2
fire wall ...

unable to ping the linux machine
Hi
i have two linux machines(machine1(rhel client) and machine2(rhel server))

fire wall is stoped in both machine
could you please help me on this

If you run the ifconfig command what output do you get. Also run cat /etc/sysconfig/network to see what your default gateway is set to.
