Sound problem in FC12

I have two sound cards 1) on board nvidea 2) creative sound blaster 51.vx (ca0106)

I dont know its specific to FC12, but I have been facing this issue from FC 10. So its not distro issue.


The problem is, my system detects sound card but it doesnt play any sound. I have onbord sound card , with that system plays sound but with my new "CREATIVE pci soundblaster 5.1 vx" its not playing.

I have already disabled my onboard sound card but still sound is not playing.

Finally I Installed FC13

and now the problem is different, It plays husss sound from speakers.
System detects only one sound card "creative blaster 5.1 vx"

Sometimes when i tried to logout from KDE environment system played huss and then logout sound.
For normal mplayer output its just huss sound.

I checked all the connection everything is fine, I tried to connect my LAPTOP to the soundbox (Altec Lancing), it worked fine for all (Subwoofer, left,right)

When i tested the sound output from preference for all 5.1 channel, from all the speakers huss sound is coming after one by one.
Means output is going but not properly.

Any pointer will be helpful ..!
