Shadows when the file menu of office 2003 is clicked

Hi,

I have a problem with my office 2003, I am not sure whether its graphics problem or is it a bug in wine.

I have the latest version of Wine and I installed Office 2003. Everything works fine, I mean I can open the documents, edit them and do everything. The only problem I am facing is that when I click any thing on the menu and expand the menu, the shadows are created and I am unable to see the expanded menu.

I'll be honest I never had much luck with 2003 in wine, I always used crossover office, I find no probs with 2007 or 2010 but 2003 was always buggy.

Hi,

I tried 2007 but I wasn't able to launch the application. It gave me wierd error which I don't remember now.
Do you have a guide to install office 2007, because I searched on google and each website says different .dll files to be native and copy some dll file to some folder in wine. I tried all the possible different options and none of them worked.
