Every time I use YUM from the CLI the following message shows up:
What is this?Code:Warning: RPMDB altered outside of yum. ** Found 1 pre-existing rpmdb problem(s), 'yum check' output follows: wine-common-1.2.0-1.fc13.noarch has missing requires of wine-core = ('0', '1.2.0', '1.fc13')

Only for a handful of packages I use rpm directly:
- rpm -Uvh nautilus-dropbox-0.6.2-1.fedora.i386.rpm
- rpm -Uvh avg85flx-r812-a3371.i386.rpm
- rpm -Uvh dargui-0.5.1-1.i386.rpm
- rpm -Uvh autoten-4.6-5.fc13.noarch.rpm
