Log into RAID controller and tell it to setup Raid5.
Are you sure you have a hardware Raid?

You're a Red Hat Certified Engineer and you don't know how to set up hardware raid on your system? What's wrong with this picture?

I missed that part. Normally don't look at the signatures.
