    QBittorrent

I'm having a few problems with setting up my server i'v found that QBittorrent is my best option especially with its -nox feature however i'm at a lose for setting up a service script for /ect/ini.d/ so i can run it as a deamon, does anyone know where i can get a copy of a script to do it or is somone able to make one or point me to instructions on how to make one somewhere.
Thanks for any help in advance.

    QBittorrent 1:2.3.0-1

You can run it in a screen session. This is how I run rTorrent in my router.

I was kinda hoping i could set it to boot on startup, the boxes main purpose is a file server my plan was to map all the files on win7, control the torrents through the web and ftp to manage the files. no reason to open a terminal window, thats the plan anyway.

Well, I manage files over NFS and start rTorrent over SSH, my router is headless.

    From SourceForge.net: Running qBittorrent 2 without a X server - qbittorrent
Note that qBittorrent-nox is a terminal application and it will not run as a daemon.
