I'm using Oracle Enterprise Linux 5.4
When i'm trying to SCP from OEL 5.4 to OEL 4.7.
I get the error "protocol error: bad mode"

"protocol error: bad mode" While using SCP
Hello LINUX gurus,
I'm using Oracle Enterprise Linux 5.4
When i'm trying to SCP from OEL 5.4 to OEL 4.7.
I get the error "protocol error: bad mode"
SSH version in OEL 5.4 is
OpenSSH_4.3p2, OpenSSL 0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 01 Jul 2008
SSH version in OEL 4.7 is 3.9
OpenSSH_3.9p1, OpenSSL 0.9.7a Feb 19 2003
Please, Help me out with a solution.
