    Copy bootdisk.img content in USB Chip drive (from RHEL DVD Using Ultra ISO etc) and BOOT from USB
    chip drive (Select first boot from USB from BIOS)
    Place ISO image of RHEL in USB external HDD.
    After boot from USB type command: linux askmethod
    When ask for source, use source "Hard drive"
    It will ask for the path, so tell the path of RHEL.ISO to Installer located in your USB external HDD.
    It will begin Installation.

    How I get it working:

    1- use unetbootin ;
    2- point to RHEL ISO;
    3- after unetbootin finished you can remove the rpm package folder (if you use a big usb key this is not necessary;
    4- put the RHEL ISO in the usb key root;
    5- boot and choose HARD DISK INSTAL;
    6- Select your usb key

    ADVICE: pay special attention in grub setup to avoid install it on your usb key.

    I hope that it help you
    Good Luck
