$ rpm -ivh rpmfusion-free-release-stable.noarch.rpm

rpm install
whenever i try to install a rpm package i get the following error:

Are you installing it as a root user? Which version of Fedora are you using?
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
