udev is unable to handle some hardware and throwing the messages during boot-up. Have you plugged in new piece of Hardware recently?
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

Did you install your kernel manually or is it a regular update through Package Manager? If its a regular update then wait for a few days, newer update will sort out this problem. It must be a bug in update and dev team will fix it soon.

Yes i installed the kernel manually.

I got the scource rpm of that kernel and then build it with i686 arch .

my machine is getting up and everything is working fine.. But i cannot take risk as i will be testing this kernel in 1 of my server .

So I just want to know what effect this can make in future..

I more thing I am using VMware and build this kernel in 1 of my virtual machine...

If I build this kernel directly in my server will this issue gets resolved??
