Hello and Welcome.
All you need to do is download Fedora or CentOS, they are both Redhat based but CentOS is more geared towards servers. Then read all you can about Linux and ask lots of good questions.
DistroWatch.com: Put the fun back into computing. Use Linux, BSD.
Is a good place to find your next download.I do not respond to private messages asking for Linux help, Please keep it on the forums only.

Go for CentOS. It's RedHat Enterprise Linux minus RedHat Branding. Community support is great for CentOS.
If you want to learn Linux ( distro doesn't matter ), follow MikeTbob's suggestion. Read all you can about Linux and ask a lot of good questions to clarify your doubts, if any.
Go through installation instructions. Learn about partition structure and Linux Filesystem. That's a good starting point, imho.It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
