For Redhat Enterprise Linux you will need to purchase a support subscription. However, you can download and install CentOS which is the community-supported version of Red Hat Enterprise Linux. You can get it here: Index of /centos/5/isos - just choose which you want (i386 = 32bit, x86_64 = 64bit) and download the LiveCD ISO file. Once you get that downloaded (verify with the md5 checksum), you will need to burn the ISO file to a CD and then boot that. From there, you can install the system. You can download Fedora from here: Fedora Project

u specifcally mentioned RH or fedora, but ubuntu is another option. you can order a free CD to be shipped to your address, thats takes some time thou.

you can download the linux os from internet using torrent or direct download option
