If you actually install WinXP over Red Hat, it will wipe out your Red Hat install. You can have both on your machine by creating separate partitions for each OS, but it's always better to install WinXP first, then install Linux.Code:install win XP over red hat linux

You can do that, for that after installing xp, put linux dvd gain in drive and reinstall Grub after following same installation/upgradation steps.

You can install a program on your RHEL machine that will have the windows in it
