please provide the solution. How can i fix this. Should require KERNEL upgradation.?

are you having a specific problem?
you shouldn't just post something and ask how to fix it, rather, you should post about a problem you are having and ask for possible solutions
these things to me, pose no threat and are meaningless unless you specify some other context or problem that is occurring

Try to upgrade kernel it may be work

RHEL 5.2 is at least a couple of years old - we are now at 5.5. You need to update your system - a lot of bugs and security issues have been fixed over time. Current kernel is 2.6.18-194.17.1. Which one are you running ( uname -r )?
Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.

2.6.18-92.el5PAE.
Is this only solution to update KERNEL Version? or I need to upgrade complete O.S.

you try to update your system it will remove your all bug or at lest security update
only kernel upgrade is not helpful because in new kernel have many change .Take risks: if you win, you will be happy; if you lose, you will be wise.

I have updated the kernel version 2.6.18-194.17.1.el5.
But problem still persists !!
System OS up gradation not possible because live services running on server. Backup server also having same version of kernel/linux.
Can V fix this with updating Kernel version only...?
