Installing Windows drivers?

Hi Im very new to linux,...

im curently trying to install and configure a usb wireless adpator..

this question spans from the same problem but I figured it should be separated...

I have a CD that came with the wireless usb dongle, but its a windows CD ... how can I get theswe drivers onto my linux machine?

any help would be appriciated
