    Need to setup Linux Server for Windows, Linux and Mac Clients

    Dear Friends,
    I am Working in a private Organization as system Administrator, I am in the task to setup Redhat enterprise linux server for the Windows, Mac and as well for Linux clients. So can anyone please help me out in this task. I need to know what are the steps needs to be followed.

    You don't say what the clients need to be able to use the server for, so I can only give a generic response assuming that they need file/print services.

    Install Red Hat. Install and configure Samba.

    Thanks for the kind reply.
    But i am not asking about the file or printing services.
    I am asking regarding the user administration like the Directory services.
    Roaming login profile specifically,...
    If you know any ideas about this please let me know

    Roaming profiles are a PITA even with a real Active Directory Domain Controller. Samba on RHEL can provide NT4 level domain controller capabilities, but I don't know off the top of my head if that includes roaming profiles.

    In any case, roaming profiles per se will apply only to your Windows clients.
