I am using ClearOS Linux as my router which is based on CentOS/Redhat . I want to configure VPN in my Gurgaon office and want to connect to Bangalore office. The IP provided by our ISP is 192.168.1.1 . My internal network in my office is 192.168.0.0/24. How will I achieve it ?

At least one of the two offices needs a machine with a public and static IP.
Also, it would be benefical if the internet connection in both locations is a) symmetric and b) fast.

After that is sorted out, you need to decide on the vpn.
There are commercial blackboxes, native IPsec implementation of your operating system of choice, or OpenVPN.

    OpenVPN would be my recommendation.
You must always face the curtain with a bow.
