hi,
RedHat is designed as a enterprise server operating system.
That means:
a) it is a bit conservative on the choice of software versions.
b) it focuses on server usage and not so much on desktop needs like sound/graphic/media/wlan etc.
That's why xine is not even available in its standard RPM repository.
So, where are these xine RPMs from and how are you trying to install them (and why on a redhat system)? You must always face the curtain with a bow.

The errors indicate unmet dependencies.
That's why I asked where you got them and how the RPMs were installed.
I *assume* you downloaded them manually from <somewhere> and installed them via rpm -i
Another assumption: the 64bit version of the dependent RPM (libgif?) is not installed. You must always face the curtain with a bow.
