    Modem Driver Installation

    Hi to all of you

I installed Fedora Core and I am trying to install the drivers for my modem. I am a new user to linux environment so you can imagine how it looks to me . I downloaded the drivers and instructions but I suppose they are written for people who know Linux a bit at least.... If anyone knows a STEP-BY-STEP instructions for really amateurs, please reply!!!

My modem is: Alcatel SpeedTouch USB (I've got an ADSL connection)

A link of what I found:

    http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.p...n.html?rev=1.3

    Thanks in advance
