"In squid cofig file i changed as transparent near port number."

That's not right!! U should always have the port number there!!

Disabling authentication can always make it transparent proxy. But, its must to configure all the proxy settings in the browser to go to the internet.

    Hi there,

Setting up a transparent proxy involves more than just setting up squid, but if you have it working when you manually configure the browser you are most of the way there.

Try reading this guide to setting up a transparent proxy with squid and see how you get on.

Let us know how you get on.
