    You dont give enough information.
    The CPU should support virtualization.
Memory is quite low. You might want to add a few Gigabytes.

    Other than that:
What virtualization software do you use?
What redhat are you trying to install and how?
What are the specific problems you encounter?
You must always face the curtain with a bow.

If you are trying to install Linux in a virtual machine under Win7, 1GB of ram is not going to be sufficient. Upgrade to at least 4GB, then you can run RHEL in a virtual machine, giving it at least 1GB (preferably 2 or more GB) RAM. Remember, RHEL is an enterprise class server system. It can run with less than 1GB of RAM, but it won't be happy doing it.

So, what are you trying to accomplish with this system?
Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.
Just remember, Semper Gumbi - always be flexible!
