    Wi-Fi Drivers HELP

    I have a dell inspiron 1545 with a Dell wireless 1397 Wlan Minicard. I have everything packed up into a rar file, but i have no idea where to put it. Im running windows 7 on one partition, and red hat on the other. I need to know how to get the driver into the linux os. otherwise, i cannot acces the internet because apparently, linux has no idea what to do with the wireless card if there are no drivers. please tell me where to put this driver and how to set it up. Thanks
