I'm going to bed but to just give a hint. Elaborate a little more? Computer specs would be nice to know.
Are you trying to mount Fedora in Windows 7 so you can look inside of Fedora.
Or.
Are you trying to mount Windows 7 inside of Fedora so you can look inside of Windows 7.
Since I am sleepy and falling fast. Howdy and Welcome to the Forums as I won't get to your intro post.

the size of my hard disk is 180 GB
i have reserved 180 GB for windows

If you are tring to mount the fedora partition while you are booted into that partition, you can not, it is already mounted. If you are booted to a live cd then that is different. Can not tell which you are doing.
So are you booting to the hdd or live cd ?
Just what are you tring to do ?
