Postfix status code and message, how to customize?
I would like to know if there is any way to change the message that comes with the
status code on Postfix like bellow.
(250 2.0.0 Ok: queued as ***QID***)
I had a chance to send an email to the webmaster of Google.
When I sent it I checked my maillog and it says
My question is:
1. Is it possible to change the message with 2.0.0 status?
I did some googling and find many maillogs with the message "(250 Thanks)".
2. Does this message "(250 Thanks)" indicate that the MTA is using
some kind of specific system or filter or something else?
I'm just qurious.. I know the way "550 blabla" on access but I want to send/receive the
message, give 2.0.0(250) status and "give a cutomized message with the status".
