    On your Windows box share out the directory "c/backup/destination/directory/" then from your Linux box mount the share with something like:

    Code:
    mount -t cifs -o username=windowsuser,password=password //192.168.1.3/windowsshare /mntpoint
    Then just rsync the data to the /mntpoint

    Code:
    rsync -a home/account/public_html/some/small/directory/   /mntpoint
    You will be losing encryption of the data transfer however.
