    user quotas

    Hi All,

    I am having problems in creating user quotas, when i installed my redhat OS with sun virtual box , i got my etc/fstab entry like lvm was mounted to / . can i know that can we have quotas on lvm and also how to create a regular partition like /dev/sda* during installation.

    I want to implement user quota on /home.

    PLEASE HELP.

    quotaon -vug /home

    If neither the -u or -g options are specified, only the user quotas are enabled. If only -g is specified, only group quotas are enabled.
