    Fedora VirtualBox

    I'M trying to install Fedora on my Toshiba Satellite for a CompTIA Linux + DVD course using Oracle VM VirtualBox as directed from by the lesson, note that my main os is Ubuntu. When I go to choose the Media Source (.iso) file, I get the following error(s).

    Failed to open the CD/DVD image /home/developer/Downloads/Fedora-14-i686-Live-Desktop (1).iso.
    Could not get the storage format of the medium '/home/developer/Downloads/Fedora-14-i686-Live-Desktop (1).iso' (VERR_NOT_SUPPORTED).

    It sounds like the iso image is corrupted. How did you get it? Is there a checksum for the image?
    Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.
