No sound cards on screens other than :0

I am using Fedora 14 64-bit, and I have a multiseat configuration with 2 seats.

My problem is that on the second screen (screen :1), I have no sound cards to choose from. I have also tried to put the seat on a screen other than :1 such as :2 or :3, but not difference. The sound cards I have are only being recognized on screen :0. The sound itself is fine, no problems with that when it works on screen :0. I think this might be a pulseaudio problem. Does anyone think if I made pulseaudio system-wide it would fix the problem? But then I think I could only use 1 of my sound cards for both seats, which wouldn't work for me. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    *bump*

    Heres an update:

my connection to pulseaudio is getting refused on screen :1. If I try to run pavucontrol on screen one I get this error prompt: Connection failed: Connection refused.

I don't know why i can't connect. It even doesn't connect if I havent logged in on screen :0. You would think maybe it could be locking the connection to whoever gets to it first, but it is only giving screen :0 a connection.

Trying to run alsamixer gives this:

ALSA lib pulse.c:229pulse_connect) PulseAudio: Unable to connect: Connection refused

    cannot open mixer: Connection refused
