PPTPD RPM not installing properly (and slow repository problems)

I've recently struggled across this problem:

(I can't post due to this part..)
    pastebin.c0m/16C5ic0d
    (Fix the link)

I've tried to install glibc which didn't change anything.

My other problem is that I'm downloading at 35kbps from connexeon.net (Belgian repo) but that my connection is 100mbit up and down...

Something isn't right here, and I'd appreciate some help.

    Thanks in advance.

rpm is complaining about missing dependencies. For reasonably recent RHEL and Fedora distributions (as well as clones such as CentOS and Scientific Linux) you should be using yum to install rpm files as it will deal with missing dependencies for you, and download/install them as needed.

As for your connection speed, that is a problem between you and your ISP.
Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.
