Since I don't use squid, I'm not 100% sure if you can, but from a quick glance at the advanced squid rules documentation, it may be possible. Have you read this (advanced squid)? Linux.com :: Advanced Squid

RE: 'I need to Block youtube but Allow only specific youtube channel'
RE: Use 'reverse proxy' or 'web server acceleration' if it is only YouTube that you are connected to,
... however
maybe you need solution of the problem at conceptual level. What does that mean?
Suppose you have 10 videos linked to YouTube.
Consider various scenarios, incl. the case of having these videos on your server, in .flv format or lower resolution, or restricted length of the videos, even the case of making your own videos.
If you have the videos on the server where your website is you can manipulate the speed of the video streaming in various ways.
If you persist on being on YouTube consider hardware acceleration of the web connection, boosting the speed of the exchange, increasing the bandwidth, alternative methods of video streaming, etc.

BTW is speed the only problem or you want to stop the users from leaving your web site and going to YouTube, ... for it is 'another story'.
