    Unhappy [SOLVED] Problem playing multimedia -- codecs

    I need to play audio and video files and i have also installed codecs but still whenever i click on avideo file i get the following error message
    "The following plugins are required
    -MPEG-1 Layer 3 (MP#) decoder
    -XVID MPEG-4 decoder
    How can i play these files ??
    Where could i find the codecs ??
    Is the default Movie Player the only multimedia player in Fedora 14??

    Install VLC. It is a better media player, and supports just about every format (audio and video) known. If should be in the package repositories, so just try to install with yum.
    Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.
