    Problem with soundcard on FC1

I've recently installed FC1 on a Dell Latitude (LS Latitude H500ST). I am facing several problems regarding soundcard operation. My soundcard is Neomagic Magicmedia 256AV and the module installed nm256_audio. I suspect a broken driver problem. Can anyone suggest me what should i do in order to fix this problem?

    Many thanx in advance...

    Hi,

This might seem like a stupid suggestion but there are some issues with sound on Fedora/Red Hat...

Try doing a system-config-sound as root, does that work? i.e. can you play the test sound?

    Regards
