    Task Bars

I have an issue with my task bars. My task bar that shows my active applications is on the bottom, the expand is disabled and auto hide is enabled. The task bar that has Applications, System, Places, and so on is on the top with the same preference settings. However every time I restart my system both task bars are at the top.
I would like to fix this, it's frustrating having to fix it every time I log on.

    Thank you for your time.

What desktop manager (and version) are you running?

Sorry. Don't know. I don't have this problem. What desktop manager are you running, and what version of fedora?

Yes, basically. I personally run Scientific Linux 6 (same as RHEL 6) and Ubuntu (9.04 and 10.10) on my systems. So far, I haven't seen this problem, so I don't know what to advise. What version of Gnome are you running?

Go to the tools menu (click on the little wrench up in the right-upper corner), and then click on the entry "About Google Chrome". That will provide a popup that shows the version. FWIW, the most current (just updated today) is 12.0.742.91.
