How do I change default GUI?

In Fedora Core 3, and all other versions of RedHat have the focus of using the GNOME GUI. My Preference is the KDE desktop. I have gone all over the configuration settings within my system and cannot find a way to change this. Of course I can get into KDE from the login screen, but that means having to tell the machine to use KDE, every single time I login. I need to know how to change the default GUI in FC3

    Code:
    /etc/X11/default-display-manager
    or instead of X11, x.org

    switchdesk kde
just type that in the terminal and it should switch.
Also, KDE and GNOME aren't GUIs... they're Desktop Environments, and they're different. Just want to point that out in case someone (like me) got confused.
