Unable to login via ssh-tectia

HI Experts,

I am having dificulty in loggin on the server via ssh-tectia. Sometimes, i can login for like 3 seconds the it shows error "disconnected from network"

Other's can login on this server via ssh-tectia without any problem, BUT i can successfully connect to other servers .

Please help...

Isn't that a proprietary commercial product? You'll probably need to go to Tectia for support.

Yes it is. But its quite confusing because all the other server works fine... Only this certain server that i can't access.

And this certain server works fine for everyone else, which strongly suggests it's not a network or iptables issue. So it's likely something that this proprietary product doesn't like about _your_ account, and you'll probably need their tech support to solve it. I presume you've checked system logs to see if there are any messages related to your brief logins that are different from the logs for folks who are successful.
