Bluetooth Device being detected partially in Fedora 15

    Hi,

I have recently installed fedora 15, I'm trying to connect my mobile phone to my laptop through bluetooth, when I did setup new device it is just showing device address and (instead of name), and the forward button is not enabled....
FYI - I have started and enabled the bluetooth services using systemctl

    systemctl start bluetooth.service
    systemctl enable bluetooth.service

And it is working in windows very fine.....

    Can some body help me....

    assuming KDE
    >bluetoothmanager
    > ADD devices
there you have to add AND PAIR with your mobile phone
make sure bluetooth on mobile is ON
then during paring you may have to type in ID code to pair/allow on both ends of the bt connection
same you would need to do for bt mouse, etc

    remove from known devices
let the system scan and find
    then start pairing

so if you have all bt packages installed
    and
bt switched ON on your computer (normally on laptops there may be a BLUE control light to show that bt ON
bt switched ON on your mobile + bluetooth VISIBLE on mobile
then may be a REBOOT of computer AND mobile helps

then do a scan - on computer, in shell

    hcitool scan

has to detect your mobile, show name and HW address
if not, then any of above missing
