you want to know the installation details of the device of your MAC ID?

or you just want to know the details about your computer

MAC ID only identifies the wireless device as a way for other devices to recognize it

if you want to know overall system behavior check your syslog

If you use YUM as your package manager, you should be able to get a packages installed listing with the following command:

    Code:
    yum list installed

No, your MAC ID won't do package management tasks.
