Install New fonts in Mozilla ???

I would like to install new fonts in Mozilla.
    How can I proceed ?
I have fonts in /usr/share/fonts/TrueType and is using this directory for the fonts on linux but how to proceed with Mozilla ???
I expect to be able to edit the user.js file but I could not find it.
I add the line " /usr/share/fonts/TrueType" but this is not working?

    Any idea ?

    Thank you for answer

You have to make sure the dir is loaded by X, too. In your XF86Config/xorg.conf:

    FontPath "/path/to/font/dir/"

Fonts in Mozilla Still not working..

    I did this.
And this is working well because I have access to all fonts by OpenOffice.
But which manipulation has to be done in Mozilla ?
And where is located the file user.js.
Up to now I access to this file by about:config command in Mozilla.
    Thank you for your help,
