RED Hat Same Shares
I have a Samba share and several users who drop files from Windows into this share. If the same person does it there is no problem. But if someone else, who has permissions, attempts to drop a file into the share they get an access denied. Any ideas where I need to start?

have you mapped the users correctly in
/etc/samba/smbusers

This is what the smbusers looks like:
# Unix_name = SMB_name1 SMB_name2 ...
root = administrator admin
nobody = guest pcguest smbguest
