Wireless drive?
Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.

This is a disc drive with a wifi connection? Please be more specific as to make/model of the drive. Your information about the notebook is fine, but we need to know more about the drive itself. I presume that this is an external drive with WiFi connectivity. If that is so, then does the notebook's WiFi work normally in that you can get network connectivity?
