    Yum Local Repository

    Good Morning,

I'm trying to create a local yum repository.
I've copied all contents of the RHEL 6 disk and run the command createrepo as well as creating a new repo file in yum.repos.d pointing to the folder where the CD was copied to

When I attempt to install software from this repository, it doesn't appear to install any missing dependencies. Is there anything else I should be doing to get these installed?

Help on this is much appreciated.

    Hello and Welcome!

I don't run RHEL, so there may be a better way.
    But I found this:
