KDE users-- please help- RHEL 6.1 where is add/remove software menu?

In 5.5, it was right there.. click the red hat logo -> system -> add/remove software.

This 6.1 is hiding that menu.. somewhere.
Can someone please tell me how to find?

The reason I asked is that the samba server is missing in "Service Configration" table listing.
Also, chkconfig --list does not show "smb".
I need to run samba so that I can access linux directories from windows.

rpm -qa | grep samba gives me:

    root@localhost ~]# rpm -qa | grep samba
Now how do I install Samba?
yum install samba (or Samba) gives

    Loaded plugins: product-id, refresh-packagekit, subscription-manager
    Updating Red Hat repositories.
    Setting up Install Process
    No package Samba available.
    Error: Nothing to do

Pity nobody replied. It was faster to reinstall the OS. This time I was careful to make sure that Samba gets installed. Now, install I did, but I can't access files from windows. I will create another thread for this.
