    ZTE MF112 dongle

I have a ZTE MF112 pay as you go dongle from 3 which will work in Linux (Fedora 14) except for ftp.

Trying to ftp files using Gftp to my own site fails although a connection is made. I do not have any such problem with my Vodafone dongle.

Can anyone suggest a solution to this problem?

I can be found either 40 miles west of Chicago, in Chicago, or in a galaxy far, far away.
Contact 3's support techs? Frankly, it should not matter if you are connecting for FTP, HTTP, or whatever, unless 3 itself is blocking FTP traffic by using deep packet inspection to determine that. Again, you need to contact their tech support people for those answers.
Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.
